FAQ
What should I send?
The full CBCT volume as DICOM files rather than screenshots or a viewer export, with your clinical question and any relevant history.
Do you report 2D radiographs as well as CBCT?
Yes. Panoramic, cephalometric and intraoral radiographs can be sent for a report in the same way as CBCT volumes.
How long does a report take?
Standard reporting takes 10 business days and rush reporting 2 business days, counted from when all the required information has been received and the work has been agreed.
My patient needs a scan. Where can it be taken?
In Toronto or Etobicoke, use this CBCT referral form for The Bloor Clinic.
In London, refer through Western University’s dental clinics.
